I am a certified massage therapist (CAMTC #67438) trained in a variety of modalities, specializing in swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, myofacial therapies, shiatsu, and energy work. I tend to want to work with people who have issues that need to be addressed such as injuries or chronic pain and still can do a fantastic standard relaxation massage, but my intention is to help people get through or lessen their pain so theraputic modalities are what I like to do most.
